Scolt Cottage

The cottage is named after Scolt Head Island a nearby national nature reserve.  This two bedroomed fisherman's brick and flint cottage is located just 200 metres from the harbour and village pub. It has been fully renovated, has underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.  It is furnished and equipped to a high standard.



The ground floor has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with wood burning stove, table and chairs, leather sofa, TV with DVD and WiFi and internet radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, built under oven, hob and fridge freezer.  The laundry room is in the garden it has a belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer, and has plenty of room for coats and boots.



The main bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside tables, a built in wardrobe with hanging rail and shelves.  There is a TV with DVD.  From the landing a door opens onto a staircase which leads directly into the second bedroom, under the eves and has 3ft twin beds, a chest of drawers and a hanging rail, it enjoys views of Overy Windmill.  Duvets are duck down and bedlinen pure cotton.  A travel cot, high chair and stair gates are available.



On the first floor is the shower room with contemporary handbasin, wc, heated towel rail and large shower.  Towels are provided.

The west facing lawned garden is accessed from the back door across a path and is fully enclosed.  It has is a summerhouse with patio, a table, chairs and a gas BBQ, and is ideal for a relaxing evening.

Parking is on road and there are no parking restrictions.
